I am not sure why you have created tune sequences. My understanding is that a sequence is tuned differently depending on the path you consider (in the elinac for instance the EGUN section is tune differently if the beam goes to the low energy dump than if it goes to the injector cryomodule). So a sequence CANNOT have a tune. Only a path can. Does that make sens??
