Unnecessary extra optr attirbutes: "scale", "scaleVmap", 'scaleBz'

Seems like we should only need one of those, and I would propose it be 'scale' so that it is general. @tplanche @pjung what do you think, this would require a minor tweak to xml2optr as well.
