TuneX

url: https://beta.hla.triumf.ca/beam/tuneX/

tuneX is intended to be the primary way in which operators interact with optics along a given beam path, allowing the user to quickly and efficiently load a tune (Loader), summarize the status of the tune (Display), or scale the tune (Scale). This is a critical tool for efficiently accessing and setting tune information for a very large number of possible paths in the TRIUMF RIB facility (ISAC & ARIEL).

  • The app utilizes the acc XML library to collect beamline and tune information about a given path.

  • The app uses the jaya tool for read and write access to control system devices.
