Overview

Adding the new strategy ExpRise and renaming the other strategies. This allows for different pulse shapes to be used on the hamamatsu data. This also add a LargestValue pulse find strategy for faster runtime when testing fitting vars.

Capture

The algorithms variables are not perfectly tuned for the Hamamatsu SiPM yet.

This report may be helpful for tuning the vars.
