Adding a standalone event viewer for faster operation

Overview

Refactor of parts of the EventStepperViewer into a standalone executable. This means that it runs much faster and crashes less often than in the ROOT interpreter.

Included the ability to visualize baseline histogram of channel for a given event.

Required abstracting how parameters are set for a fitting function.

Test

Compiled and viewed the LOLX datasets
