DarkSide proto0 laser root reader
Context
Read the proto0 laser ROOT files from DS Proto0 Laser Files.
Summary
A new reader and factory is used to read these files. To select this reader, use PROTO0-LASER in the config file. A new variable for branch such as "Branch": "SIPM00" is needed in the Variables section of DataSource.
How was this tested?
Tested with vanwftk and EventViewer using proto0_Laser.json.
