Changing the formatting of the channel config and macro documentation pages.
Summary
- Removed all markdown that wasn't playing well with doxygen
- Add () after strategies with there class names so they get linked properly
- Titles
How was this tested?
Docs compiled with make and view in browser, markdown is no longer displayed in text as expected.
