Updating config docs

Iain requested to merge bugfix/config_docs into develop

Context

Changing the formatting of the channel config and macro documentation pages.

Summary

  • Removed all markdown that wasn't playing well with doxygen
  • Add () after strategies with there class names so they get linked properly
  • Titles

How was this tested?

Docs compiled with make and view in browser, markdown is no longer displayed in text as expected.
